Sybren dreams of being able to enjoy nature in 50 years just as much as he does today. This is a big challenge; perhaps the greatest of our time. He is convinced that it can be overcome, but it will absolutely not be free.

Fortunately, Sybren always sees opportunities, he has plenty of energy, and working with his network, he ensures that people are taking action and that issues are on the agenda – within organizations and in The Hague.

In this way, Sybren works structurally towards a sustainable outcome. He sits on a variety of boards, because he finds it hard to say ‘no’, but that does mean he is helping more people to make different choices – and that fulfills him.
